Meet The Team

Sudheer Yalla

Founder

Sudheer Yalla is the founder of GTM Tech Solutions, based in Amstelveen, Netherlands. With over 18 years of global experience in Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Revenue Optimization, he brings deep expertise in transforming commercial operations through data, automation, and cross-functional alignment.


His career includes senior leadership roles at Salesforce and Cognizant, where he delivered strategic programs across sales, marketing, and finance—combining Big Data analytics, tool development, and ERP integration to support enterprise growth.


At Salesforce, Sudheer led GTM execution for Tableau in Northern Europe, managing sales strategy, territory design, forecasting, and performance analytics. He was instrumental in developing dashboards, improving pipeline governance, and aligning IT, Finance, and Sales systems for better forecast accuracy and planning.


At Cognizant, he directed global sales operations programs across Europe and APAC, driving process improvements, CRM–ERP integration, and scalable analytics tools to power sales enablement and decision-making. He also led bid management for Retail and Consumer Goods clients, overseeing RFQs, RFIs, and technical solutioning for IT Infrastructure Services.


Through GTM Tech Solutions, Sudheer now helps SMBs and startups design smart, scalable GTM systems tailored to their market and maturity. His approach blends strategy and execution, empowering clients through:
