Sudheer Yalla is the founder of GTM Tech Solutions, based in Amstelveen, Netherlands. With over 18 years of global experience in Sales Operations, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Revenue Optimization, he brings deep expertise in transforming sales processes through data, technology, and strategic alignment.
His professional journey includes key leadership roles at Salesforce and Cognizant, where he specialized in designing and executing go-to-market strategies, optimizing sales operations, and implementing enterprise CRM solutions such as Salesforce.
At Salesforce, Sudheer worked closely with cross-functional teams to enhance sales effectiveness, develop sales enablement programs, and align strategy with execution. At Cognizant, he led sales operations initiatives across global growth markets—driving CRM deployments, streamlining reporting, and enabling better decision-making through data and analytics.
